本系培育健康照護人才，課程規劃以健康概念為基礎，病人為師與學生學習為中心之人文精神，結合問題導向學習、沉浸式體驗、客觀結構式臨床技能評估(OSCE)、跨域設計思考與線上數位學習，與本校附設醫學中心教學醫院形成一體，提供豐富臨床實習資源。畢業考取護理師國家證照，另有跨領域(微)學程，養成學生多元就業能力。

The Department is committed to cultivating healthcare professionals. Its curriculum is grounded in the concept of health and guided by a humanistic philosophy that regards patients as teachers and places student learning at the center. The program incorporates problem-based learning, immersive learning experiences, Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs), interdisciplinary design thinking, and online digital learning.

Through close integration with the University's affiliated medical center and teaching hospital, students are provided with abundant clinical practicum opportunities. Upon graduation, students are eligible to take the national licensure examination for registered nurses. The Department also offers interdisciplinary programs and micro-programs to develop students' diverse professional competencies and broaden their career opportunities.
